The First Mahjong Museum of Japan

                                     The First Japan Mahjong Museum
         Japan Mahjong Museum is located at Chiba Prefecture, a suburb area of Tokyo. It is a five minutes’ walk from sea. Owner Kyoichiro Noguchi of Publishing Company. He founded it in April 1999. There is a story about how he did it. He published thirty years ago, and it became a instant hit due to the first “bloom” time of Japan Mahjong history. So Mr. Kyoichiro Noguchi began prompt healthy and gentlemen Mahjong since then.
         Mahjong Museum has a large amount of collections and documents range from origin of Mahjong to circulation of Mahjong. Chinese Mahjong, Japanese Mahjong, American Mahjong and European Mahjong are four major part of museum’s exhibition, its collections include Mahjong sets and books from China, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, America, Canada, British, France, Spain, Dutch and South Africa etc. There are also plenty of exhibits related to Mahjong culture on display. Then how all these exhibits got here? Mr. Kyoichiro Noguchi has been collected them from beginning, he went New York, Paris, London and Shanghai to search clues, he also get help from Mahjong lovers around the world.
