The 2017 China mahjong exchange conference and the fifth world mahjong championship concluded in xi 'an, China on oct 29. The world mahjong championship is hosted by the world mahjong organization and the tournament is governed by the international mahjong game rules promulgated by the world mahjong organization. This year's competition, the number of contestants registered greatly exceeded expectations, and the final confirmation of 228 participants, the largest ever championship.
