Organizing Committee of Singapore International Mahjong Open informed Office of Secretariat of World Mahjong Organization that Singapore Open will held form Jan 30th to Feb 1st, 2015. Regulation, registration procedure and schedule is same as before. Their letter as following:
Office of Secretariat of the World Mahjong Organization has been informed by Organizing Committee of Singapore International Mahjong Open, due to lack of experience and preparation, the game cannot be held in time. Singapore International Mahjong Open will be time delay to the early part of next year. We will announce when the time is confirmed.
The following is letter from Organizing Committee of Singapore International Mahjong Open:
Dear Fellow mahjong enthusiasts,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to hold the tournament as planned. Hence, we have postponed it to 30.01.2015-01.02.2015. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to see you in the tournament.
